Galsan Dareev commented on the President's speech at a meeting on measures of socio-economic support to the regions
Deputy Chairman of the Government of Buryatia - Minister of Agriculture Galsan Dareev said that sanctions and the geopolitical situation will lead to the development of the production of local goods of the agro-industrial complex (AIC). Dareev commented on the speech of President Vladimir Putin at a meeting on measures of socio-economic support to the regions.
- On March 6, the President of our country, Vladimir Putin, at a meeting on measures to support the regions, made a number of statements on the social and economic life of the country. The President of Russia touched upon the issues of protecting citizens against the backdrop of recent changes related to external sanctions against Russia. Our economy, state budget, private business have all the necessary resources to solve long-term tasks. All strategic, national goals that we have set for the period up to 2030 must be achieved. The current challenges and the opportunities that they open up should only mobilize us - that's what we should set ourselves up for, aim at achieving tangible results in the interests of citizens, - stressed the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of Buryatia.
“All national projects have worked, are working and will continue to work,” Dareev stressed. Thus, in the agriculture of Buryatia, under the national project "Small and Medium Enterprises", the Agrostartup grant has been working for the fourth year, where novice farmers can implement the most interesting ideas and innovations in the agro-industrial complex of Buryatia.
- Today, the state is implementing more than ever a large number of projects designed to help farmers develop their own business in agriculture - grants from Agrostartup, Family Farm, Agroprogress and a grant for the development of the material and technical base of SPOKs, - listed Galsan Dareev. – By the way, the acceptance of applications for grants will start on March 24!
Also this year, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Buryatia is considering the issue of supporting personal subsidiary plots through a self-employment program. Private household plots can receive support by becoming members of the SPOK
- the Ministry of Agriculture is now developing agricultural cooperation in each district. Cooperatives will be engaged in the purchase of milk, potatoes, vegetables and other agricultural products from the population. We will allocate additional resources to support agriculture, the food and processing industries. In all this situation, the residents of Buryatia, like all the inhabitants of the country, have one more incentive to produce their own agricultural products, saturate the domestic market with domestic products, import substitution, which will directly affect the increase in the incomes of the rural population! - said Galsan Dareev.
